I just got a refurb Gateway from tiger direct, and it works perfectly except for one big problem: After about 15-60 seconds in Warhammer Online (max settings and 1920x1200 res) my pc just locks up completely and i have to do a hard reboot.

My old dell (e1705 7900gs, 1920x1200) could play WAR but it would eventually overheat. The FX doesn't feel nearly as hot and its locking up almost immediately...

Has anyone had this issue and is there a fix?

    Sorry, forgot some basics:

    Gateway 7811
    4GB DDR3 Ram
    512mb Nvidia 9800

At 1200x800 i'm not having any issues but i can't honestly see how this computer can run Warhammer worse at a lower res than my old Dell. I know other people have been having issue with WoW, but they don't seem to be locking up like I am.

Update Maybe it was overheating? Jacked it up at an angle using a book. Now it has 3-4 inches of space and its beeing going now for 10+ min...
