Hi I have a gateway 5927 laptop. I connected it to my LCD tv using a HDMI chord and although the video shows full screen on laptop, it shows as a box in middle of my lcd tv covering 75% of the area and 25% of remaining area being black. Why does this happen? when i connect my Dell to the same tv using s video, it displays fully on lcd..what wrong am i doing with my gateway? like function F8 for dell..do i need to press any hotkeys to get it right? thx

Try the FN+F4(or any F key thats got 2 Screens on it). Pressing them alternates between the screens ur connected.
