This happens when watching pretty much any flash video or anything on youtube. I'll pull out my headphones, and then the video will stop, and won't start again. It's as if it's paused, but can't be unpaused. I can sometimes get it to start again by moving to a different place in the video, but then it'll just stop after a second. I also have other weird sound problems. Pulling out the headphones sometimes mutes all sounds except a few windows noises, and sometimes when I plug them back in, sound still plays through the speakers. There doesn't seem to be a consistent pattern to any of this either.
