Does anyone know the correct dimensions for the copper shim on the GPU and Northbridge? (preferably in millimeters) I understand that the gaps are different sizes on these correct? I'd like to do the copper mod with little to no sanding if possible. =P I may choose not to do the copper mod though, in which case I'd also like to ask if anyone knows of better thermal pads to replace the stock ones on the Northbridge and GPU? This will be on my 7805u if it makes a difference.

You could just use ICD7 to fill the gap, i have and it works fine
