Ok guys. Im thinking about purchasing a Gateway p-172x FX edition. I have a few questions.

    Whats the build quality like?

    Whats the battery life?

What is the drop in performance between the 8800 GTX and GTS?

    How is the screen?

Basicallly, is it worth the $1,900

I have one, along with the other models I have listed, I love it, the screen is very nice, noticably better than the others, that being siad, the Best Buy versoins are great too. If you are going to buy direct from gateway buy the P-172x fx, ask for Rico, you should be able to get at lest 10% off

My P-171x fx is matte, and the other P fx's I have are glossy.
