    Quick RAID FX question

    Hi everyone

    I just got the new $1049 best buy 1GB vid ram one.

    My issue is that I dont have a RAID option in the BIOS. Does the raid option only appear under the hdd settings when it detects a second hdd installed?

    I think you press Ctrl I on startup, you may need to disable quite boot in the bios first, it tells you how in your manual :)

    You have to install the 2nd hard drive and then go through all the BIOS adjustments

    Cool thanks. I was getting a bit scared. I hoped I didnt have a bunked BIOS or something. Ive never actually seen a BIOS add the RAID option only if a second HDD is detected.

    Usually it gives you the option even if you only have 1 hdd installed.
