    Quick question regarding the volume quick bar

    I know the media bar keys light up but should the vertical lines in the volume control right below the screen also light up?

    The - or + lights up when I touch them but not the bars.

    I take it those bars are not an indication of what level the volume is set at?

    I mean if not then what purpose to they serve?

    The bars are just cosmetic, and have no function...they don't light up.
