My laptop isn't rebooting all the way. The screen will go black, but it will just sit there until I hold the power button down and power the laptop back on. I am currently using the 9c.17.00 bios. I flashed to 9c.23.00 and the issue went away, but I did not like the higher gpu temps so I reverted back to 9c.17.00. The problem is back.

    any feedback would be appreciated.

    also, I have the p7807u
