I have a gateway m-6332 laptop. I keep getting messages that my (D) recovery disk is full, but it is locked and I can't unlock it. It likes 1 week being out of warranty and they will not help me fix the problem. I have been on the phone for several days with them to no avail. Can anyone help me. I am not too computer literate but I follow directions well. Thanks

What exactly are you trying to do? Are trying to delete your recovery partition for more room? I wouldnt reccomend getting rid of any of those files even if you could.
