    Hello All,

I need help. I am having issues with my P7811 when using IE * (both 32 bit and 64 bit)... When I go to a site with images, the .png images don't load (just a red x in it's place). I do not have any issues with this when using firefox. Any ideas????

    This is driving me nuts..

Dunno, but did you try clearing your cache?

Also, if using broadband, try turning off your modem, waiting a few minutes, and then plugging it in and letting it reset.

I'm not sure why, but both of those "fixes" have worked for me on a similar problem over the years. Might not solve your problem, but worth a try I would think, since it is free.

Yah try those as John suggested.

Also, it could have something to do with your IE settings, security not allowing download of images, or something on those lines.
You may try a reinstall of I.E. too, cant think of anything specific right now.

Do you have quicktime installed? Did you change its file association for .png images? (Pretty sure it will be like that default if you don't uncheck it)

What tries to open .png images when they are saved on your local disk?

You can also restore IE advanced settings, the options that come to mind are "Play animations in webpages" and "Show Pictures", although these refer to more than just .png files
