    I will be buying the Laptop tonight and plan on Reformatting it and installing Vista Ultimate (64-Bit).
    I should not have any problems doing so correct?

    Also once i get it up and running where do i download the drivers needed for the system, like display drivers etc.?

    You should have no problems...

    Your drivers are built into your recovery partition. Just make a driver recovery DVD (like it says to do in your manual) and you'll be ok.
