Ok, so after lurking around here for about a month and eyeing this laptop for 2 months, I finally got one today. I've read a ton of things about testing the gpu and other stuff to make sure its a good refurb. The problem is that its always random comments scattered all over the forum. So I'm asking what kind of things do I need to do to my new lappie to test it and make sure I don't need to return it. Thanks in advance.

This is what I did with mine (P-7811 & P-7805u):
1. CPU test* - download and run Orthos or Prime95 for 24 hours or more if desired.
2. GPU test* - download and run rthdribl (yeah wierd name, but I love this program) or FurMark (more extreme) for few hours.
3. Check for any dead pixels on screen.
* = have HWMonitor program running to check/log temperatures
