Anyone know where I could get a replacement GPU fan for the 7811? The fan is vibrating the whole laptop currently. I think it might be off balance, because I can tap it and it will temporarily go back to normal, but I'm not sure how to fix it.

I recommend that you take your laptop apart and try to fix it. It sounds like it isn't necessarily the fan's fault. Also you could try some lubricant.

Thanks for the reply, but I'm not quite sure where to even start on fixing it. Have any suggestions?

The GPU fan is very difficult to access and it involves taking apart your laptop. Doing so is a risky procedure, but generally broken connectors can be fixed. Just make sure you wear an ESD strap and don't touch any of the fine stuff on the motherboard. Follow these instructions. You will need replacement thermal paste and thermal pads unless you use IC Diamond 7 brand paste.

Well I took it apart and pulled the fan out. There doesn't seem to be anything noticeably wrong with it. So I'm still at a loss of what to do or where to find a replacement. Google is no help.

You could try lubricating it and you could test it without putting your laptop back together if you knew what voltage to apply. Hell I would use a 12 volt battery cuz you can't make it any worse.

Congrats with taking apart successfully. Now you gotta hope you can put it back together and that it works.
