Alright - made the decision 2 weeks ago to get this machine and every BB in my area (central NC) was out except for their display models. Went to my closest store (Cary) and actually met a very good salesman (now THAT is rare!) and after many phone calls he directed to me to another store which only had theirs out for about 4 weeks (versus 2-3months for the others which at 24/7 equals about 1.5 years of my use @ 4 hours/day  ). Unfortunately mine had the off-axis cloudiness screen issue and the TZS0 overheating bug issue so my salesman said bring it back for a refund and then we'll order it online via BB Outlet. Did that and then he couldn't order it for some reason. I called Consumer Relations the next day and they said it is out and only available if you can find one at a local store. When I called back my laptop was already shipped back to Gateway so I'm SOOL.

So, if anyone knows of a local BB that has any left could you let me know (PM) / post here for others to try and negotiate a deal with shipping over the phone??

    Thanks!

Hmm, TZS0 overheating is pretty common but it is a problem none-the-less. If you find one and have the cloudiness again, you can just wipe it was (don't put too much pressure on, and use a dry cotton wipe)

Hi Jakamo - that TZS0 temp bug really bothered me because I could OC that laptop nicely (and stable with OpenGL stress test and Prime95 running simultaneously) but as soon as I started heavy 3D benching or game playing the laptop would start CPU throttling, so that nix'd that laptop for me. Now I'm kind of regretting it.....

Why not control throttling with RM Clock?

RM Clock with the P8400 lowers the multiplier down from 8.5x to 8.0x

    I've got the cloudiness...
and honestly, doesn't bother me one bit. The only time I notice it is when I look at an angle, and that's a brief moment, as to reach for a drink or something...
otherwise... I would say this is hardly an issue for me.
