For those of you with a non-overclocked 7805u. How does shattered horizon run.

Download it and find out... it's free.... right now.

Runs pretty bad on the rig in my sig, maxed resolution, but lowest settings = playabel.

Max the game out still reminds me of UT2004 concept.. but just blah.. let down. Wonder if runs any better on a quad.

    it kind of sucks.
it runs well with native resolution at full screen, but it has to be no AA and medium or low settings on others things.

at max settings, it felt like it was going around 15 fps. pretty bad

This says it best. I'm going to try it on my desktop when I get home. See if it runs any better, but I kind of doubt it... slightly.

Hmm well on my Gtx 260m (only around %10 faster than the 9800m) it runs fine at 1440x900 at medium/high and only ocassional lag but thats server side

Yeah, this game runs really bad.
You really have to dial down the visuals to get it playable, it didnt seem too fun anyways.

    Check out my thread. http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?p=4704175#post4704175

I ran Shattered Horizon at 1440x900 with medium settings. Anything more is too much for our 7801/7805 laptops to handle. Our graphics card are powerful enough but our CPU struggles to handle the DX10 only environment, which forces the player to render everything and anything.
