    Sounds like a crickett in my laptop at times

    I get a clicking noise like sa crikett in my Gateway 4500 series machine. Only happens about every 2 or 3 months and then only about 2or 3 times then aquits. Same rhythm all the time, 3 quick clicks, a pause, 3 more quick clicks, then a pause and then 5 quick clicks. About 5 minutes later it repeats. Did it this after noon 3 times and then quit. Not the fan and I have cleaned all of the dust out. Any suggestions??
