    Hey all,

I have an old Gateway 4520GZ notebook and it has done its job through the years. However, a week ago, when I turned it on, the notebook turned on past the 'welcome' screen but then flashed a blue error screen and immediately restarted in a cycle. After a couple attempts at trying to solve this error of the notebook never getting past the welcome screen and then restarting, I decided to give the Recovery Disk it came with a try. After following its instructions, the notebook was reformatted, but the notebook restarted itself during the setup after another blue screen was flashed. The notebook currently still has this error.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

    Thanks for any help
