    those are the default settings (and I use them)... The game will run pretty decently as long as I turn off all my background programs (messengers/anti virus/etc). Its not optimum but I think its great... (8 or so hours into the game and its fine)

    I do have one issue... sometimes the whole world map would disappear and everything turns blue (looked into it... seems like even high end machines are having this issue.) The fix for that is to change the gfx resolution and then change it back to what it was...
