Ok, so I've noticed it for awhile, but whenever I play TF2 on my 6860FX in my sig it feels choppy or not smooth........

Not matter how I play with the in-game settings it feels the same. Any insight?

Other source games feel similar kind of choppy, not smooth like my desktop... and I don't know why..

The others aren't as annoying as TF2... in that one it's really noticeable.

    Just frustrated..... thanks!

Oh, and my CPU load is near 100% on both cores in TF2.. like 98%... ya.........

Maybe your network connection? Are you on crowded servers?

I turned down the voltage and lowered the proc temps.... it seems okish now.

Yes, and no.. but it is worse on high server populations.

I usually ping 30ms though.. so.... meh.
