1. What is the best video driver out to play a game like The Witcher for this laptop?
2. After playing a game for about 20 minutes my TZS0 spikes to 98 degrees celsius periodically causing major slow down, is there something I can do? I already have a notebook cooler?

undervolt the CPU which would help your situation. Just search for undervolting guide in these forums. Search for drivers in laptopvideo2go website for the drivers.

Looks like a candidate for a sample of ICD

What alitunay said on both.
You don't even need to undervolt. As long as you run RMClock the 98 TZS0 won't underclock your CPU. So glad I found this. -
what is this RMClock is it easy to use?

You shouldn't need to switch back and forth very often. Maximal Performance should only be used when you are using a very CPU intensive program and need all the speed you can get. For all the other time, Power Saving (Set to SLFM) or Performance on Demand will suffice. You shouldn't be changing back and forth enough to be annoyed by it..
Performance on Demand covers all the multipliers anyways, if you never want to change the profile, set it to Performance on Demand.. -
I have it in my quicklaunch and just hit it whenever I game. Sometimes I'll leave it on and just switch from power plan to power plan since I have it tied to use the Windows power plan. The main thing for me is it can force the CPU to always run at max clock when I play games. -
