i thought you werent supposed to have those EHH ones disabled cuz thats what changes the voltage depending on the load.
im probably wrong but when i overclocked my Q6600 on my desktop, i had to disable those or it would mess up the voltage and it wouldnt be stable

Run command prompt as an administrator and it will work, that is what elevated command prompt means. Click start, type "comm" and right click "Command Prompt" and choose "Run as administrator." Then it should work.

your missing the "d"
bcdedit
enhanced low power states: they help prolong chip life, better battery and so forth....some would say.. i use it with or without being enabled... mostly without. i like my chip to stay at one setting when in performance mode. -

This will be my last visit to this thread because my religion does not allow me to scroll right in order to read threads. Nice screen shot though. I especially like my name in the background.
Edit: Hey nice fix on the screen post. -
+rep for everyone who helped me. -
sigh, just restarted, it didnt load the driver again, so i just downloaded the signed copy of it that Syngen sent me, now it loads fine.
still stupid that the command didnt work -
quick question - I haven't read through this thread, so if the answer is posted I seriously apologize. Do you have to keep rightmark open for the cpu to stay underclocked? also, is there any more highly recommended program than rightmark? and lastly, is there any underclocking program that does not need to stay open?

2)not to my knowledge (unless maybe you have XP, then notebook hardware control might work for you)
3)again, not to my knowledge. -
Notebook Hardware Control ... new version coming out that should work.

I'm sure all will have to run. -
Any idea when, Syn?
EDIT: I see. "Soon." -
Yep suppose to be soon but I've been hearing that for awhile. Manni (big cheese) had an English post updating info but I can't find it. Everything else on the forum is German me no Spreken ze Deutsche.
-
Yeah, I use NHC on my soon-to-be-sold XPS Gen 2 and M1710. Being able to use it on my 7811 would be nice.
-
Yeah, no NHC for this thing is irritating. It's cleaner and does a much better job managing the CPU's speed through Dynamic Switching.
I undervolted my new 7811 today, and the lowest I could go was also 0.925 (final settings, 1.0125/0.9500/0.9250)...I don't see how people got the lowest multiplier down to 0.9000; maybe they had different CPU's?? -
I have a 9V. Check the mobile and not desktop ... which you must have already to get down to 9.25 so really don't know why you are not seeing 9.
-
I just did again (it restarted), but it still won't let me go lower than 0.925. It's wierd.
-
P-States found at start up is the only other thing I can think of.
-
It's already selected on the Management screen under CPU Defaults. Should it be? Someone else here had trouble getting the 0.9000 to show up as well. I think I'm using v2.35 of RMClock.
-
Yep v2.35 and mine has P-States at startup selected.
Maybe run RMClock_WipeOut and restart? -
you probably need to unlock all the voltages first....

TO RUN RIGHTMARK CPU CLOCK UTILITY IN VISTA X64 BIT:
http://forum.rightmark.org/topic.cgi?id=6:1557
Or go here and download it:
http://rs325.rapidshare.com/files/112841889/RTCore64.sys
Then put the file into your program files > RMClock -
you first need to use cpuz 142 or earlier to see a closer number to your true voltage. using 143 and higher will show desktop cpu voltages. as this was pointed out to me not to long ago.

Hey guys, is this the right settings for undervolting? I've never done it before so I let it ran overnight:
(Don't judge my wallpaper, it's my friend's >.<) -
Just a quick comment: If I undervolted correctly, then the results are stunning.
Default voltage: TZS0 = 59C
Core = 52C
Undervolt: TZS0 = 51C
Core: 43C
Yeah, that's a 8C decrease in TZS0 and 9C decrease in the core temps.
Undervolted my 7811
