Hardly ever hear people wanting to undervolting the GPU but I am sure it can be done. I have seen refurbished gateways with uv gpus because they overheated. Most of the time you overvoltage to faster clock speeds.

    Just incase you meant CPU:
    Flipfire did a great job.

Your gpu consumes less power if you underclock it.

I actually undervolted while over clocking. My current GTS overclock is at the GS's lower stock voltage (Myne came at the GTS's 1.11v and some GS's are 1.07).

SInce you have nvidia you can edit the bios with NiBiTor. NiBiToR wouldnt dump the bios on myne but GPU-Z will, or you can use the program you use to flash the bios nvflash.

This is the thread for us asus owners overclocking our 9800M GS via the bios - http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=357807

It has links to the software and describes how to flash the bios. All at your own risk and is a warranty violater if u cant get it flashed back before sending it in for service. At the moment for us there is no full 64 bit support for overclocking the gpu so bios editing is how we generally do it.
