    I currently own a Gateway P-7915u laptop. Is there any way for me to add another graphics card for an SLI? I'm not even sure if it's possible on a laptop.

    Not on these, the 260m is all you can do. There ae SLI capable laptops but they are few and far between and much more expensive in general.
