Cyberlink PowerDVD will play most formats (XViD, DiVX, MPEG2, x264 etc) and it has built in Dolby Virtual Speaker, TrueTheatre Surround and Dolby Headphone. They work really well at creating virtual surround sound although don't come close to the real thing obviously.

But this program is only to play movies right? I what something to use with mi games.

Well your best bet is to use headphones and select headphones in the sound options of your games.
Get some in-ear canal-phones like the Etymotic ER-4 or ER-6i - they make anything sound INCREDIBLE. -
I have the razer barracuda, and they have 5.1 surround sound. but I its veter having a virtual surround software

yes the er-6i are bloody amazing.
i just let my brother test them on his ipod and he cant go back to his old ipod earphones
cant explain how good they sound.... -
Yeah I have the hf2's which are the ER-4's designed for the iPhone with a built in mic. I'm the same as you - just can't explain how good everything sounds. Playing games makes you feel like you are literally in the middle of the action. It's like having a direct connection to the brain - awesome.
