    Hi,
I have an alienware m9750 and I posted this on the alienware threads already but no one helped me so far so anyways a while ago I had windows xp media center and it works great and then I installed Windows Vista 64-bit and it was working great for a while I was able to play crysis on most high settings but then I installed 3dmark06 and Company Of Heroes and all of the sudden my performance dropped a lot I ran 3dmark06 and it did not even get over 5000 marks when I get 8700-9506 3dmarks on XP.I do have SLI enabled. what also was interesting was that my CPU score was only 899 points when it should be getting around 2000 and the graphic scores were very low compared to what they normally are. So does anyone have any thoughts about what may be happening and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

first check your power setting (try high performance)
    then install new video drivers
use your favorite monitoring software to check at what clocks ur cpu /gpu running during the 3dmark loop
