    Hey there I just recently reformatted my 6831-FX and am having trouble with a few drivers namely the Wireless Internet and mass storage and an unknown device.

    Anyone know where I can get those drivers for vista 64? gateway only has the 32Bit versions

    Here is the link for the wireless driver, pick your operating system
    Here is the link for the storage driver, pick operating system


    Install the wireless driver first, then go into device manager right click the storage device and update it and let it search online. If that doesn't work then use the storage driver link I provided.

    Anyone know how to install the driver for the DVD controls at the top of the laptop? I do not see which driver that is either on the DVD or site. Thank you in advance.

    Just install the ones off Gateway's site. Works on mine (play/pause, mute, etc.).
