    i think the reason they dont allow us to OC more then 3.0ghz is probably a thermal issue cause my old xps 1710 if you had the t7600g you could OC to i think it was 3.0 ghz but it would start throttling so everyones sweet spot was 2.8 and fans were running full blast all the time at that speed. not to mention the 120v power supply that comes with ours will probably explode :) .
