I have a friend that wants to buy it from me, but the prices online are all over the place. $250 seems fair for such an old machine...I did upgrade it to a T9300 and 4 gb RAM...Any thoughts?

Are the rest of the internals still factory specs? Also take a good look at eBay for that similar laptop unit and you will find out what the going price is from the machine. I bought mine used for 225US and then upgraded the CPU to T9300 and RAM to 8gig and installed W7x64 Sp1. Mine was a P-6860FX....and now I also have a P-7811FX with T9600. When you go to eBay check for the price for what they sell a complete working unit for at least there you will see what range it sell for and then you can decide what you should sell it for.
