Hi all - I almost bought a Gatway P-7915x when it was still up on the website in January, but decided to wait until the summer, thinking there would be an upgrade in 6 months time.

They've obviously since gone off the website. I'm not living in the States at the moment so I don't know if they're still at Best Buy.

Does anyone know what's happening with the P series in the near future? Or, if they're not updating it, any suggestions for comparable cheap gaming models come July?

    Thanks.

just some advice from personal experience. playing the waiting game wont get you anywhere because even if you do end up getting a better laptop for the same amount of money you have to remember your were without a laptop for a very long time and on top of that the newer model wont be that much better then what currently out now. especially in the vid card area for laptop although the new one is faster it isnt by that much.
