    Where are Gateways made these days?

    According to the manufacturer info on the botom, China.

    For reference, AVERATECs are also made in China, while Dells are made in Malaysia. HP/Compaqs are made in one of those two countries, too, just not certain which.

    With the title saying "these days", I assume that they were made somewhere else in the past? If so, just currious, where? I dont know much about Gateway's history, besides they were found in Iowa, and that I like 'em.
