    Which is best and brightest WUXGA lcd for P-6860FX?

    Hello Folks,

    I'd like to upgrade my lcd screen but I don't know which one is brightest one in WUXGA. I digged here a lot but I couldn't find the information which one is compatible with P-6860FX and bright.

    Can you recommend the model number and place where I can order?
    If you have screen shot before and after, it would be fantastic.

    Did you check threads about the P-6831FX as well? It is basically the same laptop so they should be both compatible.

    LG. Ask one of the ebay resellers if they sell the WUXGA version. I believe the screen for the 78XX series should also work (ask, ask, ask before you buy).

    For the price of the screen, you may also want to consider checking the NBR Marketplace.

    All the 17" FX's have interchangeable screens.

    Also have a read of this post.

    Don't ask eBay resellers as they really have no clue. I emailed about 5 of them and also a few LCD dealer websites and none of them could answer my questions.
