    work with a 1080i screen? What kind of performance should I expect to get with it?

    It will out fine to 1080, i have an oddball TV that is actually 1920x1200 and i use my HDMI to watch movies all of the time. I dont really game on it, but you would expect reasonable performance (though expect some drop due to going up in resolution)

    Wow, what TV is that? I didn't know they made TVs in that resolution. Is it good?

    Its a Dell LCD TV. I got it about 3 years ago.

    I enjoy it. You have alot of black bars to deal with with movies/Blu-Rays but its still a nice TV. The Colors and Blacks arent the greatest but they are really well balanced IMO (though i'm not a TV expert so all the little nuances i probably miss)
