I just decided to check out the newest version of Winamp, rather than iTunes (meaning I have both installed). I really like it, but the media button above the 6831 keyboard don't seem to work in Winamp, while they do for iTunes. Anyone know why this is, or how to fix it?

Sorry I don't have a solution for you, but a related question maybe someone can answer as well. I reimaged my drive with the included Windows DVD shortly after I got my XLFX, and now the right-pointing arrow button (just to the right of the power button) doesn't do anything, whereas before it opened Windows Media Center. The other Media buttons work fine. Anyone know a fix?

I don't have a fix for that....but I did fix the winamp issue:

Go into Preferences, Global Hotkeys and select both checkboxes, leave all the key assignments on defaults, and everything works wonderfully!

are there no gateway-provided software to reconfigure the media keys? the arrow, DVD, and music media buttons are not working.

I'm dumb reinstalling the OS without backing up the Gateway softwares. lol

    anyone with a solution? thanks.
