I just installed Windows 7 RC.

Why is my graphics card not showing up in dxdiag?

I tried to install the nvidia drivers at nvidia.com but an error occurred.

On laptopvideo2go, it won't let me click on the windows 7 driver update, only the windows vista options.

How to I get the latest drivers for windows 7 ?

To start, try the ones for the 7800 series, h e r e.

I know it isn't the most current, but it is the "Gateway suported" Nvidia driver for the series. Make sure you get the right one - 32 bit or 64 bit.

Once you have that working, then you might try newer ones.

    Just a suggestion.

Hey thanks for the suggestions but I found out what the problem was.

For some reason the first time I downloaded the drivers off the nvidia site I downloaded the 9 desktop series drivers because I didn't see a the 9m series. The second time I tried they came up so I downloaded them, problem solved. It was that easy and I went through so much trouble trying to find out how to fix it. :)
