Has anybody had any experience with swapping wireless networking cards? I want to take out the Broadcom in my 7510gx and relpace it. Can this even be done, or is my only option to go PCMCIA?

I'm sure you can, but it may be a tad tricky. Look around for guides for your model, or see if Gateway themselves have one...

But won't it void your warranty?

And are you looking for an Atheros card instead? :D

Easy to do. One of the screw held panels on the bottom gives you access.

like mentioned... there is a memory slot and a wireless card slot on the bottom... jsut like with ram, if you trade it out hang onto it so if you have to send it off you can put it back to *factory* standards.
