If money was not an issue, would you buy M17 or P-7805u?

Trying to make up my mind and wondering if M17 is worth it.

Not sure it's worth twice the price.
    Aren't they discontinued?

Was thinking I could get the P-7805u for games and an apple for other work.
They have the best of both worlds.
But the AW M17 does look nice.

If I could afford the M17 with the specs of the 7801 I would get the M-17.

Not because the M17 is better...but because the supply of the 7801 seems to have dried up.

they are essentially the same (7801 and 7805) only with the 7801 you are guaranteed to get the WUXGA. Also 7805 is only available through best buy (I believe)

Macbooks have very nice screens. Since my screen has received some dead pixels i'd say the macbook's is better.

Which one do you think as the better quality? Alienware or Gateway?

Probably alienware. Keep in mind the alienware will be bigger, heavier, and more expensive. But it'll have a cool cover!

If you go to the Alienware thread you'll get more reviews of it there.
Most are saying it looks terrible in person. Personally I've never seen it so I can't judge it, but most the reviewers are saying it looks so dull and plain.
