i realize that this is the wrong forum (as im not sure where to put it) but i figured i had to post this because i still see many people making comments about it...also i only found this out because i purchased the 7085u and im loving it:

Best Buy no longer charges a 15% restocking fee

after talking with my local best buy manager while purchasing the display model (for the wuxga) he informed me of the companies decision to remove the fee. he said they decided to get rid of it because they felt it was preventing people from making that expensive decision because they were worried about being able to return it if they didnt like it. if you dont believe me go in and ask, and if an employee tells you its still there i would contact management immediately.

Good to know as well..... I purchased mine knowing of the fee, so it did not stop me. If I ended up with a 1400 instead of the 1920 I would have pitched a B btu I've had that res before and could have lived with it.

I love the realestate of the 1920x1200 and don't have he smaller text and icons. This would have been a totally awesome DTR though if it were 1920x1200 on a 20-22" but then forget portability and a case etc.......
