    XP eats up battery WAY too fast!

    I installed XP on my 1622, which was originally on Vista, and now the battery loses battery extremely quick.

    I haven't installed all the drivers yet, could this be why? I'm having trouble finding video drivers that work.

    This is way too weird, I thought Vista was the battery hog. I'm pretty sure it's a driver issue or the fact that you're running it without a power management program.

    xp doesn't have a power saving option, that could be the reason
