Actually, making the recovery disc would've involved you clicking your mouse two or three times and swapping DVDs from the burner, aka the occasional couple of seconds of your time. But whatever floats your boat.
ccnemrod: There's a link to drivers in the stickied thread up top called "official 7811 FX info thread." -

yeah, i know its just a couple of clicks but i heard the time it takes is extremely long i dont have time for that crap lol.

when i got my laptop i made a backup of all drivers/apps and it only took about 15 minutes max.
ps-i'm wearing a geek squad shirt. the shirts should give you a discount when wearing them at bestbuy, that would be great. -

Really? I wasted like 5 DVDR and still didn't finish burninng all the recovery disks... Most of them failed from one reason or another.

when i look i my disc it only used up about half of a DVD+R, 4.7GB.
i like the shirt. they may not always be helpful or take people's money for doing simple tasks, but some of them are pretty cool.and i like the orage on it, it's not too much but still stands out. -
same.
honnestly though...its the geek squad...they are a joke in themselves.
how much did you pay for this "service"? -
Okay too many posts have been deleted so this thread is now closed. In the future, please respect the opinion of others.
