    yes, been on display for almost a week. make sure if they tell you that they don't have anymore in stock, you have someone else check a computer, because it happened to me and they actually had 4 on a top shelf, luckily i checked

    The Bestbuy in Socal (Westminster Mall) didn't have it on display. I wanted to check it out (the real thing, not a 6series) before I buy it during the Labor Day weekend (I'm hoping on a sale).

    At my best buy they had the previous model (I think the 6860), but they had 3 7811's in stock under the cabinet.

    According to the BB staff at the Holmdel NJ store, they plan to put the 7811 on display next week. The BB website lists many stores having the 7811 in stock, so it's just a matter of time.

    By the way, when I asked the staff if they could open one for me, it didn't seem to be a big deal. I assume they will use the one they opened as the display model next week?

    The 6 nearest BB's to Fanwood all have it in stock. All the BB's near my house in NJ have it in stock. I don't think it's an issue for NJ, heh.
