You'll probably just need to replace the entire keyboard. They don't have individual parts for keyboards that you can just buy.

You are correct. Gateway will send me a new keyboard within 3-5 business days. Or they could have me ship it to be repaired. I'll take the keyboard and have a load of keyboard key carriages.

I just ordered a new replacement keyboard from Gateway as well. Both my Num + key, as well as the clip that attaches it, broke. I really wish our keyboards were a little more durable.

I was pleasantly surprised with Gateway's support chat, though. It took me only 15 minutes to register my system and have them send me the entire replacement keyboard free of charge. In contrast, it took me over one and a half hours when I contacted HP Business chat to get some replacement rubber feet back when I owned an 8510w.
