i just received my 1900x P-7805u and OCed it. i have a laptop cooler and i started playing WoW. after 2 hours i start hearing buzzing noises on my AC adapter. its not burning hot but it was between warm-hot. i unplugged the AC adapter from the plug and the buzzing slowly faded away. plugged it back in after 5 minutes and the buzzing came back. after turning on the laptop with the AC plugged in it started to slowly fade away. should i return for an exchange since i'm still under bestbuy return policy or should i lower the OC or call gateway and ask for another adapter since its 1 year warranty.
btw i'm not that good with the computers so use easy words.

I'm more curious why you felt the need to OC the GPU to play WOW...
As to your buzzing adapter. Its because the FX laptops are dangerously close to the limit of the adapter when running most of its systems at peak/near peak levels so you will have some noise from the adapter.
Its actually nothing to worry about (aside from the annoyance factor) but if you want it to go away i suggest the Targus 180watt power brick. You will have a nice overhead of power when using it and it will stay a moderate temp and never make noise on you.
Your free to swap out the adapter with BB though, some people report not having the buzzing sound, but most either start with it or develop it soon after the computer is used for a while -
actually my OC was on factory settings when i was playing WoW. i just checked to lower it but i found it was on factory settings instead. i'm playing wow right now and the buzzing is gone for now.

Undervolting may help with this also. There is a sticky in this forum that tells you how to do it, and it's pretty easy and worthwhile.
