for what ever reason the clocks jump all the way up jump surfing the net then downclocks and repeart process when i scroll a web page. anyone know if there is any program that could just keep me at max clocks? i also noticed when the core mem and shader clocks hit 400/300/800 it starts to artifact the screen most of the time.

    thanks

edit- should be GPU no CPU

Just turn off any power saving features you have with the GPU. Like if it's ATI then disable powerplay in catalyst control centre.

I presume this is old driver thing? As I have latest release from nvidia and it has no powermizer reg stuff to change they don't exist.

ZP here is some more neat stuff for powermizer and video cards. Check out the Powermizer switch. See if it works with the driver your using.

meh never mind. temps didnt even reach 60c on full load for 10 mins. i not going to worry about it unless it helps drop gpu temps in some form.

ZP look down to the section called "RMclock for Vista 64bit users" down load the file and put it into RMclock file. Very close to the bottom of flips post.
