    i have the laptop emachines e640g (cpu athlon ii x2 P320 - 2100mhz, 3GB ddr3, HD5470 512mb ddr3) and want to modify my bios to the following settings:

    1) when on power cord, i whant the fan to run continuusly on its lower speed
    2) max CPU voltage to be 1v, minimum 800mhz at 0.75v, and N.B. at 0.9v (all is allready tested with phenomtweaker)
    3) a softwere do test GPU voltage

    i tryed Phoenix Slic Tool but i have no ideea how to make it work. can someone help me with this?

    at least a guid on a tool so i can do it myself? :D
