    i simply love this laptop but i hope i dont have a problem.


    i notice my power adapter is making intermittent noise.

    like a static like noise. is this normal???

    i'm gonna agree..but take a shot in the dark and say 7 series FX - The minor hissing you're hearing is normal.. if it bothers you enough, hide it under the couch or upgrade it. :)

    I recommend the upgrade and highly advise against the hiding the brick under the couch. Most couches are prone to going up in flames really fast and since no one can diagnose a problem 100% over the internet I highly recommend caution over ignorance. No insult E-wrecked, just caution.

    I was being fecesious. Spell check? The brick should def not be hidden where fuzzy, fire friendly material is excessive. :p my point was the brick is fine, and not to worry. But upgrades can't hurt :)
