    Hey Guys,

I have a Gateway P7811 FX and am trying to use my flip video ultraHD: However, when I hook it up to the USB, it says "An error occurred while interacting with your camcorder. Please make sure your camcorder is connected to your computer." I know the camera is hooked up because when I clip on my compute, the camera is listed as a drive (I can get the movies that way). I tried it on my dad's Lenovo (also 64 bit) and get the same error. It does work on my friends 32 bit.....

    Any ideas or similar issues???
