    has anyone bought one of these? im thinking of picking it up seem like a good deal for the price. just would like to hear from someone who has one.

    I bought a Gateway MD2614u yesterday and so far, it is a great buy! The cover lid is very shiny and shows every fingerprint though! Gateway tech support isn't the greatest, either. I can't seem to latch the lid! They had no idea what I was trying to explain, (the lid)! The built - in webcam is nice and the HDMI output is a rare but useful find if you want to hook - up to your LCD/Plasma tv. Fast laptop for the price. I got mine at Best Buy for around $560.00. Lots of USB ports and a multi - card reader is another nice feature. Overall, a nice laptop for the price. . .
