    he sent it in for service, they never filled out the service number slip for the number they gavehim, they have no idea what happened to it.

    yea he has the UPS tracking number and even who signed for it in texas. It is there but they dont know anything.

    Well, how'd he ship it? Surely there is confirmation that it was delivered. These things can also often be lost internally...or slow to show up.
