So I've been craving this laptop for several months now since I first found reviews about it online. I just happened to be at a training meeting for work yesterday and stopped into a best buy that had this very model on clearance!!! They had dropped the price down to $972.99, and to add to that, they gave me another 10% off because it was a floor model (still in beautiful condition). SO the final price came to $875.00!!! That has to be the best deal I've ever seen on a laptop like this.

I'm planning on buying a T9300 immediatly and dropping that sucker in to complete my desktop replacement notebook. I cant wait to get home from work at get some benchmarks done after I clean up the system a bit, and update some of the drivers.

So far I've only been able to test out basic functionality but everything seems to work perfectly. I couldnt be more happy with my purchase. My aging desktop system def needed to be replaced and I needed something that is powerful yet portable for the future.

sounds like our best buy they suck. and if anything gets cut the employees buy it before anyone else finds out.. i know people that work there (store managers) and i cant even snag stuff as it usually gets bought so fast by the employee's...when he can grab stuff for me he will but its rare. i can get the employee discount normally though but you guys are getting these for less than that

It was just meant to be :) I saw the laptop at a diff best buy a week earlier discounted to $1199.00 and I nearly bought it after playing around on it for 20 minutes. Man, I'm glad I didnt lol.

When I realzed how much this laptop was going to cost after the 10% I decided right there on the spot to grab it. There is no way you can go wrong with a purchase like that.

So quick question. What video drivers are most people using right now? I've been reading a bit about the laptopvideo2go drivers and I'm wondering if there is a specific driver version from that site that works best with this laptop. I'm looking mainly for increased performance but with minimal sacrifice in stability. I read some good things about the 174.74 drivers.

Hey Flynnaz, do you know of any xp drivers that work well for xp? I have been hunting for awhile but cannot find anything that says it is compatible and actually lets me install it.

Im still using the stock drivers, upgraded to T9300, performs flawlessly and I am afraid to upgrade the driver.
