Nope. Not without a hardware mod.

Why do you want to overclock the CPU? you can mod it via hard ware but that is risky. What performance do you seek with the overclock?

You can undervolt it though. This eases up on your limited 120W PSU, saves you battery life, and keeps it cooler. The program is called RMClock. If you get it I will tell you about the 8.0x/8.5x multiplier issue and how to fix it.

I would love to hear about the 8.5 multiplier fix for 7811FX

There was a better guide, but I couldn't find it so I will put in my own screenshot. There is a side effect for me with this. When one of the cores is being used to the extreme the CPU will periodically jump to a full 9x multiplier but keep the same voltage used for 8.5 and once or twice this gave me the BSOD. You could always just volt a bit higher.
